Project: Chill Pills (using Silhouette Printable Foil Label Paper)

My first attempt at using Silhouette Printable Silver Foil Label
to create a gift for a few co-workers.

I first downloaded the Chill Pills File from The Thinking Closet Blog.
(Giving credit where it is due)

Not wanting to waste any of the foil paper,
I added some Halloween Bottle Labels from Silhouette Design Store.
And then added  a cute witch to cut out as well.
(I will save the bottle labels for another project).

Using Silhouette Studio, I ran the design through my printer,
gave it a few minutes to dry completely and then attached it to my mat.
Being sure to line up the paper with the top and left side border.

After completing my test cut,
I adjusted  my blade to 4, speed at 5 and thickness at 33.

While my Cameo was cutting out the designs,
I  wiped off the Mason jar and lid
with a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a gauze pad
(removes finger prints and oils).

I adhered the circle to the top of the mason jar lid.
Which next time I will paint a bright color or black.

And then added the instructional label to the mason jar.
